Terms:
1. The agency acts as an agent in introducing native teachers to the client. The teachers are self-employed and provide their services to the client under a contract for services.
2. The client agrees to engage the services of the teacher for the assignment and the teacher agrees to provide his/her services to the client during the assignment in accordance with this agreement.
3. Whilst every effort is made to give satisfaction to the client by ensuring reasonable standards from the teachers introduced no liability will be accepted by the agency for any loss, expense, damage, delay costs, or compensation which may be suffered by the client or for which the client may become liable as a result of the introduction of the teacher.
4. If the client is not satisfied with the services provided by the teacher the client must notify the agency immediately so that alternative arrangements can be made as necessary.
5. The teacher shall use all reasonable skill and care in the provision of his/her services to the client, co-operate with the client and students and accept direction, supervision and instruction from the client to whom he/she is responsible, conform to the client's rules, regulations and normal practices.
6. The teacher must take all reasonable steps to safeguard his/her safety and the safety of any other person who may be affected by his/her actions on the assignment.
7. Either the client or the teacher may terminate the assignment at any time and shall advise the agency without delay. However any change or cancellation must be communicated to the agency or the teacher by 24 hours before the lesson otherwise the lesson has to be paid.
8. Late payment will be taxed (10%) and we will take any mean to get it at your cost.
